The Fiscal Coach™ respects and upholds an individual’s right to privacy and the protection of all personal and private information. Confidentiality is fundamental to our business, integral to building and maintaing a trusting professional relationship with our clients, and at the core of our beliefs and values.

When you browse our website you do so anonymously; we do not have any cookies nor collect personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. The Fiscal Coach website collects information from users only with their knowledge and only when the user enters contact details and other information in the fillable forms on our website. That information is transmitted to us and will only be used for the purpose of contacting the user. Contact details are not, and will never be, shared with any other party without permission from the user.

Occasionally we send out periodic emails regarding company news, service information and promotions. We may use the email address a user provides us when contacting us to send these type of messages, and if so we will always include a simple means to opt out of receiving our emails.

Third Party Links

If appropriate and on a very limited basis we may include on our website a link to a third party site, although we are highly selective of any such links as part of our approach to constantly protect the integrity of our site. As third party sites will have their own privacy policies, we do not assume responsibility for the content on nor activities of these linked sites.

Our Client Portal

The link from our website to our Client Portal is restricted to authorized users only; to access it requires a User ID and password that we administer. Our portal is hosted on a secure server and use of this optional site is governed by our separate client agreement.

Changes to and questions about our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy was created on July 1, 2011 and is intended to comply with Canada’s federal privacy laws including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (S.C. 2000, c 5). To date this policy has not been modified; we will post changes on this page if and when we revise it.
